Our Process
Two visits a year, one in spring and one in fall. They're looking for different things, because the two halves of a Colorado year damage a roof differently.
The fall visit comes after the storm months. June is the heavy part of hail season here. So by the time it's over, whatever the summer did is already on the roof. We find it on the fall walk and close it up before the cold arrives.
The spring visit comes after the wind and the cold. The Greater Denver Area takes its high wind in the cold months rather than in summer. Wind works at the edges of a flat roof. Then freezing and thawing works at whatever the wind opened. On the spring walk we find what the winter did.
On both walks:
- We look at the surface where the hail landed, not just where a stain has appeared.
- We photograph bruising and scatter and pin it to a spot, so it's on record right away.
- We walk the same roof in the same order every visit, so one report is comparable with the last.
Between them you get something better than either report on its own. Two dated sets of photographs a year, in the same order, so what changed is visible instead of remembered. We're licensed and insured, and nobody shows up on your property without a background check behind them.

Will the reports help if I file a hail claim?
Yes, and it's one of the better reasons to have them. Dated photographs from before a storm answer the question insurers push hardest on, which is whether the damage is new. We also pull the hail history for your building's address rather than for the city. The estimate goes out in the format your carrier reads.
If the report finds something, am I committed to fixing it with you?
No. The report tells you the condition of your roof and separates what needs work from what needs watching. We quote anything that needs doing on its own, and you can take that quote anywhere.
