Roofing Company in Englewood, CO
We handle roofing and exterior work across Englewood, Colorado, residential and commercial. We work for owner occupiers and for people who rent the property out, on postwar stock and tight lots.
Who Turns Up at an Englewood Job

We're veteran owned, and we're GAF Master Elite certified. That certification is what puts GAF's enhanced warranties, the Golden Pledge among them, on qualifying roof systems. We are licensed and insured, and everyone we send to your home has been background checked.
When a storm is what caused the damage, we write the estimate in the format the insurance company reads, and when the scope comes back short we go back and argue it. We do that part in house.
Englewood is one of the older suburbs in this corner of Arapahoe County. Most of it went up in the years right after the war, and there's a genuine pre-war core near the old Broadway spine. More than half the homes here are rented, so plenty of roof decisions get made by somebody who isn't living under it. We work for both.
An Older House on a Narrow Lot

Painted trim, wood and older window frames all show a storm before the shingles do. And on a house this age, we find more during a tear-off than we would on a newer street.
- On a house this age there's often a second roof already up there. When there is, the whole lot comes off, so a tear-off on your estimate isn't an upsell.
- We replace decking that has gone soft rather than covering it over. On older framing that's a real possibility rather than a scare line. It's why the number on a quote can move.
- We take in the gutters, siding, paint and screens on the same visit. On an older house they're usually where the evidence is.
Englewood blocks are tight, too. Lots are narrow, houses sit close together, and a lot of the older grid is served by an alley rather than a wide driveway. That isn't a problem. It's something to work out before the truck arrives rather than while it's idling in the street.
- Where the container goes, and whether it sits in the alley, on the driveway or on the street.
- Where the material gets dropped, and which side of the house the tear-off comes down.
- How close the neighbor's cars, fences and gardens are, because on a lot this width they're close.
We get the nails off a tight lot the same way we do off a big one. We go over the ground properly before we leave.
If you're the owner rather than the occupant, there are a couple more things to settle. We pull the permit and call the inspections in, so none of that lands on you or on your tenant. We'll agree who lets us onto the property, what you want the tenant told and when, and what you need for your own records afterward. If the building has several units, we scope the whole building rather than one unit.
So the job gets thought about at street level before anyone parks. The container sits where you agreed. The tear-off comes down one known side. The neighbor's fence and cars are accounted for, and the ground gets gone over before we leave. You find out what is already up there and whether the decking is sound before the number is fixed, rather than partway through. Photographs of the roof before and after come to you either way. And if a storm caused it, the estimate goes out in the format your insurer reads.
Nearby Service Areas
Englewood is wedged in against Denver's southern edge. Several of the places we work start a block or two from it.
Broadway, Hampden and the Blocks Either Side
Englewood is compact, and dense enough that the character shifts from one block to the next. Broadway and Hampden are how people here divide the city up. We work all of it, from the older grid near Broadway out to the streets toward Santa Fe.
- The South Broadway corridor, the commercial spine and the oldest part of the city, and the older grid around the civic center.
- The blocks either side of Hampden Avenue, which is how the city splits east from west.
- The hospital district, which is a real landmark for anyone giving directions here.
- The CityCenter area around the light rail station.
- The streets over toward Santa Fe Drive on the western side, out to the river.
- The southern edge along Belleview.
Everything We Work On in Englewood
Residential Roofing
Roof Replacement
On a postwar Englewood house there's often a second layer already up there, so a replacement here is usually a full tear-off to the deck. We replace soft decking rather than cover it, and that's the part of an older roof that moves a number.Learn moreRoof Repair
Simple gable roofs on single-storey houses make for straightforward repairs, and plenty of Englewood calls are exactly that. On an older house, water usually gets in where the metal seals the roof against a chimney or a wall.Learn moreRoof Inspection
On a house this age the questions are how many layers are already up there and whether the decking underneath is still solid. We get on the roof and photograph it, then tell you what a tear-off is likely to find before you commit to one.Learn moreStorm and Hail Damage
Hail and wind, same as the rest of the metro. We check whether hail was actually reported at your address. Then we document what we find and write the estimate in the format your insurer reads.Learn moreEmergency Roof Repair
Water coming through a ceiling, a section gone after a storm, something through the roof. We get it closed up and dry, then work out the permanent repair. On a rented property, tell us who's there and we'll work around them.Learn more
Commercial Roofing
Commercial Roof Replacement
Englewood carries more commercial building than its size suggests: the Broadway corridor, the hospital district and the redevelopment at CityCenter. On a working medical or retail building the roof comes off in sections so the place keeps running. That sequencing gets planned before a start date is agreed, and what the test cuts show underneath decides how much has to come off at all.Learn moreCommercial Roof Repair
The older commercial buildings along Broadway have collected roof openings across decades of tenants. Each one is a hole somebody sealed once, so we check all of them rather than the one nearest the stain. Whether the insulation around the leak has taken on water changes what the repair has to include, so that gets checked too.Learn moreCommercial Roof Maintenance
Spring and fall damage reports, on commercial buildings only. Buildings around the hospital district carry equipment that other trades visit all year, and none of them are looking at the roof while they're up there. The report says what changed since last time and what got left behind.Learn more
Exteriors
Gutter Installation
On a narrow Englewood lot the water coming off a roof has nowhere much to go. A downspout pointed the wrong way is a neighbor problem as well as a foundation one. We size and hang new gutters for the roof above them.Learn moreGutter Repair
Hail dents aluminum and wind pulls hangers loose. On an older house the seams and the hangers are usually older than the roof. A gutter overflowing at one corner is normally a repair.Learn moreSiding
Postwar Englewood houses carry a lot of painted wood and older siding. That's usually where storm damage becomes visible from the sidewalk. Hail hits a wall from the side, so what you can see is evidence about a roof you can't.Learn moreWindows
Hail rarely breaks a pane. It fractures the seal between the panes, and the fogging shows up weeks later. A window that looked fine the day after the storm proves nothing. We install replacement windows across Englewood.Learn moreExterior Painting
Paint on older wood takes hail before shingles show anything. On a rental it's often the thing a tenant reports first. We paint exteriors across Englewood.Learn more
What Englewood Customers Say
Adam Mayka
Josh with Semper Fi came to look at my roof after the most recent hail storm and couldn’t have been nicer. He was honest, thorough, and explained everything about the inspection process in great detail. His attention to detail and communication made it a very comfortable experience. Albeit we don’t need a new roof, when that time does come I will be using Semper Fi and I will recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors

Was very responsive. I was able to get what was needed in regards to our roof inspections on three houses quickly. And worked with our insurance agent getting the right information needed for our insurance needs. If you’re looking for someone that knows roofs and you need inspections or confirmations regarding your roof. Highly would recommend recommend this company

We had Semper Fi Restoration Inc. complete the roof on our 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building, and we had a great experience from start to finish. We had the opportunity to meet Joshua Bosley and worked mainly with Leo, our project manager. Leo’s communication throughout the entire project was top-notch. As with any large commercial roofing project, we ran into a few unexpected snags along the way, but the Semper Fi team stepped up and took care of every issue with no questions asked. They stood behind their work, kept us informed, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes responsibility and follows through on what they promise. We are very happy with the finished roof and would definitely recommend Semper Fi Restoration Inc. to anyone looking for a dependable and professional roofing company. Thank you to Joshua, Leo, and the entire Semper Fi team for a job well done!

There are a lot of Roofing Contractors out there so when I was referred Josh and his team by a close friend I knew there must be something different about them. From the first meeting with Josh and Daniel I felt comfortable and at ease. I had a lot of questions and they answered them without hesitation and in extreme detail which I appreciated. They helped me through the entire insurance journey and made sure I was covered before any work was done which helped lift that burden off my shoulders. Also, you will not find a Owner as diligent as Josh when it comes to QA/QC of the work done by his crews making sure the roof/gutters you get are up to HIS standards. I appreciate Josh and Daniel for getting the work done and definitely exceeded all my expectations. I don't usually write reviews but their work deserves some praise, I will definitely be referring them anytime I hear anyone I know is even thinking of getting or needing a new roof.

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Josh and his team at Semper Fi Restoration. Josh came out the same day we called to provide an estimate and inspect our roof, and a member of his team completed the repairs first thing the very next morning. We truly appreciated the quick turnaround, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship in repairing the damage to our roof. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend Semper Fi Restoration to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive roofing company!

When my insurance refused to pay for my hail damaged roof, Semper Fi worked with my insurance to successfully get them to pay. They helped me with the entire process and communicated well. They were always available if I had questions. Their crew did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Leo at Semper Fi Restoration Inc. He recently completed some roof repairs for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Leo was professional, honest, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything thoroughly, showed up on time, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but Leo absolutely earned my confidence. Josh Bosley and Semper Fi Restoration recently completed hail damage work on our residence. Josh handled EVERYTHING with our insurance company. The work was completed on time, as promised. Clean-up was great. Josh came back and guaranteed we were happy with everything - including fixing two small areas that we felt needed additional work. He ensured we were 100% happy prior to moving on. He was a great communicator, very patient with us, and made us extremely happy that we chose him and Semper Fi. I rarely leave reviews - but would highly recommend him. Final note, our insurance agent recommended him to us and he was as great as advertised.

Josh is absolutely amazing, his service and follow-up is thr best I have ever experienced. The thing that really impressed me was his honesty after inspection, he shared that I didn't need a new roof. There are very few companies with that level of honesty. He has earned a customer for life.

Leo Jett was fabulous! He walked me through every step of the process and made this a great experience. His customer service was more than I could have hoped for. After spending 25 years in the HOA business, Semper Fi would be a contractor I would recommend to anyone needing a new roof.

Common Questions about Roofing in Englewood
Is my house actually in the City of Englewood?
Possibly not. An Englewood mailing address also covers parts of Sheridan, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village and Centennial, so we check the address before we quote you rather than after.
Do you work in Englewood, Colorado?
Yes. Englewood in Arapahoe County, Colorado, in the south metro.
My property is a designated landmark. Does that change anything?
Yes. The work gets looked at before it goes ahead, which adds time at the front of the job. That part is ours to handle.
Do you do commercial roofing in Englewood?
Yes, and it's different work from a house. Flat and membrane commercial roofs are their own conversation.
Can a roofer pay my insurance deductible?
No, and in Colorado it's against the law. Anyone offering it is telling you something about how they work.

Have the Englewood Property Looked At
We'll get on the roof and photograph what's up there. The pictures come to you, whether you live in the house or rent it out.
