Tell us what's going on with the roof. We'll come out and look at the whole outside of your house, not just the shingles. Send photos if you have them, or call if you'd rather talk it through.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours?
Seven days a week, 9am to 5pm. The form comes through whenever you send it, and we pick it up during those hours. Weekends included, which surprises people. Storms don't wait for Monday, so we don't either. Sunday afternoon is a normal time to reach us.
What should I have ready when I call?
The address, roughly when you think the storm was, and whether you've already opened a claim. That's most of it.
If a claim is open, the claim number and your adjuster's name save a lot of back and forth. If you don't have either to hand, it's fine. Nobody gets turned away for not knowing their claim number.
Photographs help more than people expect. Anything at eye level counts: dented gutters, torn screens, chipped paint, marks on the car. You don't need a ladder for a single one of them, and we'd rather you stayed off one. Take the photographs the same week if you can. Pictures from close to the storm carry a lot more weight than pictures taken six months later.
Do I need to be home?
Not for most of it. Almost everything we need to look at is on the outside of the house. We get to the roof from a ladder, not through your living room. Somebody should be reachable by phone while we're there. There's usually a question about a gate, a dog, or what you've been seeing inside.
Water is coming in right now. What should I do?
Call the number rather than filling in the form. That's the quickest way to get a person.
In the meantime, move what you can out from under it and put a bucket down. If the ceiling is bulging, don't stand under it. Water coming through a ceiling is its own situation and it gets handled differently from a normal roof visit.
I already have a claim open. Can you still take it?
Yes. You can change contractor at any point before the work starts, and plenty of people do. It's your house and your claim, and no insurance company gets to pick the contractor for you.
Send us whatever your insurance company sent you and we'll read it. The scope document decides what gets paid for. We go through it line by line.
How far do you travel?
Across the Greater Denver Area, from the north metro down through the south metro. If you're not sure whether your address is inside our service area, give it to us and we'll tell you.
Who is actually going to turn up at my house?
One of our people, and they'll give you their name before they're through the door. Everyone we send into your home has been background checked, on every job. It's the reason we started in the first place.
Do you speak Spanish?
Some of our salespeople do. Say so when you get in touch and we'll try to line one of them up for your visit. It's availability rather than a guarantee, so it helps to ask early.
Can I send you photographs instead of having somebody come out?
Send them, and we'll tell you what we can see. Photographs from the ground are a good start, and taking them costs you a minute.
They won't settle it, though. Hail damage sits on the top surface of the shingle and it doesn't read from a driveway. Sooner or later we have to get up there with a camera.
What happens after I send the form?
We come out and walk the whole outside of your house. Once we're up on the roof, we photograph what's there, then go through all of it with you afterwards. The gutters, the screens, the paint and the siding get looked at on the same visit. Hail hits those first and shows there first. If there's damage worth claiming, we'll tell you. If there isn't, you'll hear that too, and you'll have the photographs either way. Nobody has to take our word for what's up there. The inspection and the estimate are both free, so finding out where you stand costs you nothing.

Send Us a Message
Send the form, call the number, or reply with photographs, whichever's easiest right now. We'll walk the whole outside of the house and give you a straight answer either way. It won't cost you anything to find out.
