We fit replacement and storm damaged windows on homes across the Greater Denver Area. Every opening gets measured before anything is ordered, because almost nothing is standard, and we look at the rest of the outside of the house on the same visit.
What an Exterior Company Sees
On one visit we cover the whole outside of the house: roof, gutters, siding, paint, windows and screens. A window company looks at windows. A storm doesn't. We look for damage that arrives late rather than ruling it out on the day. On windows that matters more than anywhere else. We write the estimate in the format your insurance company reads, so missing scope can be argued rather than absorbed. And we check the storm history for your address before telling you that you have damage.
Everyone who comes into your home has been background checked. Window work is the exterior job that goes inside, room by room. We also carry general liability and workers compensation insurance, so the risk of the work sits with us. Some of our salespeople speak Spanish, too. Mention it when you reach out and we'll try to line one up. That's availability, not a guarantee.
Windows are often a whole-house scope and often only partly covered by a claim, so we have financing through Hearth. About twenty years of hands-on roofing experience backs this work too.
What Makes a Window Last
The unit gets the brochure. The installation decides whether it performs, and none of that shows on the day it goes in.
- Flashing, shims and sealing do the real work around the opening. Flashing sends water back out of the wall, shims hold the unit square, and sealing ties it together; get them wrong and the failure stays invisible for years until it's a wall problem rather than a window problem.
- Rot in the framing is the classic find once the old window is out. If the opening has gone soft, we rebuild it before the new unit goes in, because a window fitted into soft framing won't stay square, and we tell you before that's done.

Windows Made to Fit Your Openings
Windows are made to the opening, not bought off a shelf, so measuring is the job and everything else follows.
- We measure every opening before ordering, check the rest of the outside on the same visit since the same storm reached everything else on that side, and settle any approvals before the order goes in.
- Hail rarely breaks a window; it damages the frame, glazing and seals instead, and a broken seal fogs weeks after the storm that caused it, so "it looked fine afterward" isn't evidence nothing happened. Watch for fogging between the panes, dents or cracks in the frame, damaged glazing, and torn screens; photograph screens before anyone replaces them, since that's evidence too. A draft or sticking sash is often just weatherstripping or paint buildup, not the window itself.
- Fitting a new unit into the existing opening keeps the frame and exterior undisturbed; replacing the whole frame is what a gone frame or water damage behind it needs. They aren't the same job, so ask which one you're being quoted.
- The wait is for the units, not the install. Nothing is ordered until openings are measured, non-standard sizes take longer, and permit or association approvals have to be settled before the order, which is where projects actually stall.

Windows Frequently Asked Questions
Are damaged screens covered on a hail claim?
They're often part of the scope. Either way, they're evidence that hail reached that side of the house, which is worth more than the screens themselves. Photograph them before anyone replaces them.
Will new windows lower my heating bill?
They cut heat loss and make a cold room usable again. That's the honest version, and anyone quoting an exact saving is guessing at your house and your heating.
Is it too cold to install windows in winter?
No. We do openings one at a time and close them the same day, so the house isn't sitting open. Move whatever is under the windows and plan for the weather.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance. Window work means ladders outside and people inside your rooms. That risk belongs with us, not with you.
Can windows be financed?
Yes, through Hearth. Whole-house window scopes are often only partly covered by a claim, so it comes up on this work more than most.
