What We Find Under Older Aurora Roofs

How an Aurora Job Runs
- Start with the full exterior inspection. We climb up and photograph the roof, then work around the rest of the exterior.
- Review the findings with you, including whether this is an insurance job and whether a color change needs HOA sign-off.
- Pull the permit before anything starts and call for the inspections, so neither of those is on your list.
- Replace the roof: tear off, check the deck section by section, underlayment, flashing, vents, then the new shingles.

Can I roof over my existing shingles in Aurora?
It depends on what's already up there and on what the shingle manufacturer allows. Settle it before the estimate rather than on the morning of the tear-off, because it changes the price and the scope. We'll look and tell you which one your roof is.
